Discovery Park is an upscale condominium community located in Southport, one of Anchorage’s most prestigious neighborhoods. This $20 million complex includes three 30-unit buildings and one 26-unit building. All are three stories, with full basement parking garages and first-floor structural steel framing. Wood-framed upper floors allowed prefabrication and rapid construction.
